Top 5
These are the Senshi that are in my top 5, but it would be really hard to pick which one I liked the most. It all depends on my mood ^_~. One thing I can say for sure: the top 5 seem to be an elite group where it's extremely hard for other Senshi to get in.
- Neptune-She is beautiful, talented, but underneath all that is a strong individual. As Michiru she's a renowned painter and violinist, abilities that I admire very much. Her dedication to the violin and her art is just amazing. She is gracious to everyone, a little snobby, but still very nice. Like Haruka, she doesn't take bull from anyone. She does what she wants. As Sailor Neptune she's very serious about her mission. She understands what she has to do, and she will go to great lengths to carry out her mission. The dedication that she has as Michiru carries over to Sailor Neptune. She was willing to sacrifice herself for the good of the world, and for Haruka. She, like all the other senshi, is a caring, selfless person that should be admired. Not to mention that she's a great fighter. She's not as physically agile as Sailor Uranus, but she can still hold her own in battle.
- Venus-Just when you think Minako's antics couldn't get any crazier, she surprises you with something incredibly outlandish! She's the only one who will:
- Play nurse to her friends while wrecking their houses.
- WANT to have her heart-crystal taken.
- Date two guys, who turn out to be bad guys, simultaneously
- Mess up as much sayings as she can
- etc.
She's very friendly and playful to everyone. Her background as SailorV the lone ranger is especially interesting. It gives her a whole new dimension; she's not just a perky blonde.
- Uranus-She is as freespirited as the wind. The thing I like most about Haruka is that she's herself. She doesn't worry about how other people perceive her, and she won't hesitate to tell you something she dislikes. She breaks rules in every which way, especially gender rules. She's talented, not only on the racetrack, but also as an accompanist for Michiru. She's also very easygoing and protective of those she cares about. As Sailor Uranus she is dedicated to her mission, and she will do everything to complete it.
- Mars-I *like* Rei's fiery, "bitchy" attitude. In the anime she's very "uranus", speaking out for what she believes in. Most people think she's wrong for criticizing Usagi, but I strongly believe it was her and Luna's preachings that got Usagi into shape. Later on, Luna and Rei turned out to be Usagi's closest friends! She's also pretty funny with her attempts to conceal her desire to meet famous people. In the manga she's more calm, and distrustful of men, and I like that side of her too. I also admire her psychic abilities to read fire. Sailor Mars is also, I believe, one of the strongest Inners, and I LOVE her attacks!
- Saturn-Take one look at Hotaru's history, and she's a shoo-in for first. She's very unique in that she's been possessed, holds the power to destroy the world, reborn as an infant, returning to help fight Nehelenia. But that's not all there is to Hotaru. She's lonely, and cares for the friends that she has very much. She's also a very strong person to be able to break out of Mistress9 and destroy her.
Like
They were close, but not enough to join the elites.
Moon-She's your typical klutzy girl. A lot of people can relate to her, me most of all. Her antics aren't as wild as Minako's, but they're still equally entertaining. When she's Sailor Moon, however, she's very courageous and protective of her friends. The selflessness that she has is just amazing. She's also the future queen, and in R when we get a glimpse into the future, she's very mature and a good leader.
Star Fighter-Seiya is a great guy. A little pushy with trying to get Usagi to date him, but at least that's better than ::Mamoru bash:: Mamoru waiting until they knew they were "destined" to ask her out. He's also funny, easygoing, cute, everything you want in a guy! As Star Fighter she's very serious about her mission, and she's a very good fighter.
Pluto-Poor Pluto is incredibly underrated in the anime. You hardly ever see her, and even then it's because of her mission. I admire her ability to guard the gates of Time for so long, and she's a wonderful, mysterious senshi. She's also very very elegant and calm as Setsuna, like Michiru.
Star Healer-Again, I *like* his attitude, although sometimes he goes overboard. Understand this: Yaten is not all bitch. He was pretty nice to Luna when he found out she had a crush on him. He's also majorly hot ::drool::. Star Healer has the best attacks, IMO, and she's very dedicated. She'll do whatever it takes to save the world.
Tolerate
They're OK. I neither like or dislike them.
Mercury-Her brain is a double edged sword. It's nice to know that she has one, but in that case it wouldn't hurt to study less, ne? Her attacks, while pretty, are weak and useless.
Chibi-Moon-I liked her when she was the brat in R. She didn't need anyone's help, and she was really dedicated to saving her mom. Then we learn later on that she's a sweet kid. Go figure. She's incredibly sickeningly sweet, and she's only a brat to Usagi. Also, her attacks are weak.
ChibiChibi-She's cute. She's Sailor Cosmos. And she's cute.
Star Maker-I dunno about this one. He's smart, mute, and yet he can be an incredible snob!
Dislike
The name says it all. I just can't stand these people.
Jupiter-The reason for disliking her is so stupid, and added to the number of Jupiter fans out there, I must be crazy for saying this. But I will. She's too NORMAL. Think about it: She's not elegant like Setsuna and Michiru; she's not as athletic as Haruka; she doesn't have powers like Rei and Hotaru; she's not funny like Minako and Usagi; she's not as intelligent as Ami, Michiru, and Setsuna; she's not "bitchy" like Rei and Yaten, she's not bratty like Chibiusa, what is there about her? People argue that she's brains, beauty, talent, selfless. Ummmm, yeah, you just described almost all of the senshi. The only thing she *can* do is cook, something over 50% of people know how to do.
Tuxedo Kamen-Oh yes, if words could describe my loathing for this rose-tossing....person. I'm not even sure he should be counted as a senshi. Oh well. He's a jerk to a lot of the people I like. And one thing about me, you do NOT cross who I like. He's cold to Usagi, broke Fish Eye's heart, scratched Zoisite's cheek, led Rei on, should I say more? His speeches and roses are incredibly pathetic and weak. There's a first, the daughter's more powerful than her father (Chibi-Moon)! |
