Tenou Haruka/Sailor Uranus-For shame guys, Haruka looks better than you with her guy clothes on! I like the effect the scarf that she sometimes wears has on her. It gives just the faintest hint of a feminine side. That yellow blazer and black shirt is also a good combination. The cross is a nice touch. For formal wear, that white tuxedo looks really nice on her. Gives her an air of class, which we all know Haruka has.
Kino Makoto/Sailor Jupiter-Green is a good color on her, and so is teal. I hate her sweater with slacks, but other than that, she's a good dresser. I LOVED her knockout dress in SuperS. It was gorgeous, and very elegant.
Kaioh Michiru/Sailor Neptune-Michiru has got to have the biggest collection of swimsuits I've ever seen ^_^! She is also very elegant like Haruka, although she prefers to wear stuff that is very feminine. Personally I think that Michiru's face is enough to make anything she wears look good! At first I thought her colors didn't go that great with her hair, but then again, what goes with green hair ^_^?
Hino Rei/Sailor Mars-All of the senshi seem to choose clothes that go with their aura. I just happen to like red ^_^. Rei's clothes are very simple and modern. No overly distracting frills. The colors don't clash. And of course, we all love that kawaii priestess outfit!
Kou Yaten/Sailor Star Healer-Stop screaming at me right now. I think that all of the starlights are nice dressers, but my fav. is Yaten *_*. She looks very masculine in her guy form, as well as gorgeous in her real form. Blue and gray add to his pale motif, but I'd like to see him in green. Really brings out his eyes.

Chiba Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen-Can we say ick? When he's not donning his trademark green-blazer-black-turtleneck-purple-pants, wait, does he ever change his clothes from that? It's mostly the awful colors that do him in, but in S he was sporting some kind of gangster wannabe clothing. That time, it was the style.
Mizuno Ami/Sailor Mercury-In the first couple of seasons, her clothes are REALLY bad. I mean come on, an orange jacket with that hair? As the seasons go on, she starts to dress better, but it never reaches "good".
