Takeuchi-san has a knack for creating the most varied outfits. A lot of them you'll see here, where the villians wear anything imaginable ^_^. Since there are so many villians, I have mini-reviews over in myBest/Worst Dressed Villians list.

In the dub, the "scouts" constantly make fun of Eudial's pants. Let's start there. I actually like her pants, puffy with a middle-eastern feel. Her whole bottom is just too indecisive. She should go with the pants or the shredded skirt (hopefully put back together), but not both. IMO if she wanted to wear a skirt over pants, the pants shouldn't be so puffy and should be skintight. I like her top and her choker, but the tassels should be left off of the gigantic red star. Now the shoes. If there's one crowning point in this outfit, it's the shoes. Red strappy heels. They look a lot better in the anime than it's shown here, but you get the main idea.

Nehelenia is a queen. Which is exactly why she dresses like one! Her dress has a medieval queenly look to it, but it's not in the traditional colors. Her dress is full of dark colors, suggesting that she's -heh- definitely not the Queen of Good. The shoulder puffs are arranged nicely, and the cream is a good contrast to the dark green. I also like her cape. Her cape is purple, which may or may not be a color symbolizing darkness. I like the black waves on it, kinda reminds me of Nehelenia's hair ^_^. The cape barely touches her shoulders, giving her outfit balance. I also like her choker, whose pattern is retained at the end of her sleeves.

I stink at telling Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne apart. Never bothered to ^_^. However, in this picture I really don't need to tell them apart, since they're both wearing the same outfits! Their outfits have a pixie-ish feel, what with the short pleated skirts and the empire-waisted bodice ending just under their breasts. I like their collars. Their collars are reminiscent of what the Senshi fukus' collars look like, and their dresses are attached to the collars with two spaghetti straps. The neckbands that they have also resemble the Senshi's neckbands, stating the fact that they are Sailor Senshi with a twist. I also like their sandals. They're strappy, but not too many straps, thank goodness.

Where to start, where to start. Petz's outfit has an overall interesting look to it. I've tried imagining her without those awful feathers, but then again, I can't picture her without them. It all goes back to the balance thing I was talking about with Nehelenia, although for Petz it would be better for her to have a wrap, or maybe a shrug. I like the eyes on her dress. They're a very inventive and kinda creepy detail. Which, IMO, is what every villianess wants to look like! The cross-section with her belt is cool also.
